Dead nettle weed ?

Hi does anyone know if this is a dead nettle weed and do tortoises like them.

I don’t think that’s dead nettle but it’s hard for me to say from the photo. Do you have a picture of the whole plant?

Thanks for reply. I picked this today while on our daily walk so I’ll walk the same way tomorrow and take another photo.

I’m pretty sure what you picked is not Dead Nettle. Neither the leaves or flowers look right..

Thanks, that’s why I queried it as every picture I’ve seen the leaves don’t have straight edges like the one I picked.

I think that's Pulmonaria (Lungwort).

Oh not heard of that, so not for tortoises then?

It’s okay on occasion, per the Tortoise Table. The science they mention seems pretty week to me so I might feed it more often. I’ll be a little surprised if he eats it, let me know!

Ok thanks, didn’t walk today I’ve been busy so didn’t take a photo of all the plant. I will go tomorrow and pick some more as I threw the other away thinking I couldn’t feed it.
