This is an incredible thing to witness for even the most common species. To see it in such a rare, precious species is a real treat.

Obviously we've only just scratched the surface, but I feel like I know so much more about Aldabras than I ever did before.

Update, #4 PIP at about 1700 hours. One is already clambered out of his shell. 8 more to go, lol.... :)
