I have one and like it. I can't think why it wouldn't be safe to install an RHP in it.

My only complaint is that while it's great for a hatchling, or as a quarantine tank, it's a bit small for permanent habitation.

https://www.predatorsandprey.net/ has a similar line of enclosures that I'm intrigued by (although I don't have any experience with them), the pricing seems good and includes shipping.
