Could a Sulcata eat this?

Im curious is a Sulcata or any tortoise for that matter could eat this. The label reads cotyledon orbiculata mimi oophylla.

Cotyledon is toxic to grazing mammals, so I wouldn't feed it. However, it comes from Africa, and a sulcata might encounter it in his natural habitat.
