Colorado Laws Emmigrant?!?

My friend moved from the UK to colorado 2 years ago, she found a partner and they r both wanting to move back to the UK to get married and stay permanent... Does anyone know the law on this as my friend says she has to prove she will earn £18.000+ a year before her american partner can move into the uk.... Anyone know anything of this or about how this all works x

Sounds like that would be a requirement the UK is requesting.

You would have to find that info out in the UK that's not ours unfortunately. In the USA you can come here and just live off the rest of us
