I have a tortoise (Greek) I don't know the age, but it is about 4-5 inches. It has a hard shell, with no soft parts so it's not really a baby tortoise. He was stepped on by a child, for more than 15 seconds. When I picked him up he seemed fine, and he didn't seem scared. When I set him in his enclosure he was soon fast asleep (and is still sleeping) will her be ok?

Pretty hard to say really. There might be internal injuries that you can‘t see. How large of a child? Barefeet? Or shoes..

Other than watching & hoping - probably not much you can fo really. Good luck.

It was a barefoot 3 year old stepping on the top of the shell not too hard. My brother really hates our tortoise, so whenever he gets the chance, he tries to harm it. He found a way to unlock my room where my tortoise lives in. He told my 3 year old sis to step on it after taking out of it's enclosure. Thanks for hoping me the best I will update information on how my tortoise is doing.
