My husband says Mato (short for cherry tomato) for the red color. My 10 year old son says "Shelly" (because of the shell). :D I myself already took the best name for a Cherryhead which is Ruby. Dale's pretty good too, but again already taken. :p

What a cutie!! Congrats on your new baby!

Rosso is 'red' in Italian. That's kinda cool.
I want someone to name a cherryhead "Poppy" ...I think that's cute :p

in spanish "cherry" is "cereza." Or "red" is "rojo."

Or...and this one has a nice ring to it:

cabeza de cereza

"head of cherry" or cherry head.

It could be Lucille (for Lucille Ball). The most famous red head of all. :p
