Do baby cherryheads need constantly high humidities over 85%? Or will they be okay if humidity drops to 65-70 sometimes%? I am trying to set up the timer for my humidifier accordingly.

Thanks!

I keep mine between 80-90% at all times.

I put my hygrometer closer to the ground why the tort will be, and the humidity was 78%. I increased the length of time the humidifier is on. Hopefully, that'll fix it.

Your cherries will be fine if the RH is over 70%. 80% is a safer bet to help with proper hydration during the initial months. There's kinda a fine line between nice and humid vs. too moist for reds since they're supposed to be prone to shell rot. 78% is a safe average.
