It's a begonia, which is high in oxalic acid. I wouldn't pick it to feed to the tortoise. The one to the right of the begonia, the one with the dead flowers, looks like an edible ice plant, but the picture isn't clear enough for me to be sure.

Well, the weed growing out of your sidewalk is a dandelion. The broad leafed plant that you are probably asking about is an ornamental. I’m not 100% sure of the name, but err on the side of not feeding it.

The leathery looking leaf almost looks like a Fiddle Leaf Fig (or it’s cousin)
