Can my Sulcata eat this flower?

Can my Sulcata eat this? I have no idea what it is. I'm in Southeast Texas, but I have no idea if this is indigenous to the area. It's in my wife's flower bed. Thanks guys and gals.

I believe what you have there is Morning Glory. Perhaps with some research you can determine the type of Morning Glory. Some are safe.

I'm not an expert with tortoise diets so wait for more advice on this. What I do know is that the seeds can be toxic. I'm sorry that I couldn't be more help but I'm sure someone will add to this soon.

I live in Magnolia Tx and I grow hibiscus, Rose of Sharon, Tank gets rose petals, and I have a spineless cactus garden just to grow cactus pads for him. spoiled and rotten. lol
