Can I get some help sexing my redfoots?

Good Evening, my name is Tony and I am trying to figure out what sex my redfoots may be. I have attached a few photos that I hope are clear enough to someone that has more experience than I have.

I really appreciate any help, I have loved lurking these forums and have learned so much. If these photos are not helpful I would be proud to post more! I am also trying to determine approximately how old they might be!

How old are they?

I am actually unsure to be honest. I bought these two guys a few weeks ago at a local pet store. Normally I would never do this but I saw these animals there and they were not selling, and i decided to give them a good home. The person working said they thought they were 3 months old, I know thats not true which made me feel even better about getting them out of there. The one on the right is approx: 410g and the Left: 490g. Not sure if that along with the measuring tape in the picture would be helpful on aging. Thanks!

They are definitely not 3 months old. More like 2 years old. They’re still a bit young to determine sex. You’ll get a better guess at 5-6 years old.

Right now that one on the left is looking female because of the rounded anal scutes.

I agree they are still too young to determine, but my feeling is that the first is a female and the second is a male ?

It looks as though you may have one of each sex. As for age, they are definitely not 3 months old. In fact, I would go so far as to say they could be close to three YEARS old.

Great pic & handsome torts. One of them might flash you & then you'll have verification of being male.
Sheldon was about 4 yrs old when we knew.
