I am reluctantly offering one of my two (late 2012 cbb) emys emys.

Gorgeous, strong animal just over a year old, already at 5+ inches SLC and well over 400 grams. Raised in a controlled, 6x3 moist/tropical terrarium using indirect heat. Ample outdoor time provided in summer. The shell on this tortoise is nicely humped and exceptionally smooth. Scales on the front legs are much bigger then typical for its size and lay flat, not exhibiting any coning as seen in many captive raised Manouria. Great appetite, healthy and alert. Unsexed.

Shown in last photo are both. One on top is being offered.

Great amount of time and effort went into creating the correct husbandry with balanced diet, unfortunately I did not anticipate this much growth in such a short period of time, already outgrowing the enclosure. I do not have resources to build another enclosure right now, so I am reluctantly offering one of the two to an experienced TFO member that understands the thriving environment of the subspecies and lives in a warm climate with space for the tortoise outdoors. Asking $350 plus overnight priority shipping.

Any question, please feel free to PM me.
Regards,
Mike
