Re: Built a berrow

Adding them soon it is fully covered except for the entrence that he made then I took a brand new dog carrier and baried it along with a Bluetooth thermostat so when I walk by it I can get the berrows temp on my phone later in the month I'm going to install a blue tooth camera to have eyes on the inside

Here's the entry way along with outside temp display

Make sure to dig it deep enough so the temp stays the same I also added a layer of dirt inside the inclosed space so he feels natural when inside for less stress I made it attached to a den he was all ready making just added incloser and let him connect the to here at my house 3 to 4' down stays between 59 61 degrees

I'm sorry. I'm having trouble understanding what you did there from the pics. Do you have any of the pics from when you were making the burrow. I really like the whole burrow thing and would love to understand what you've done here.

Also, where is that temp probe sitting that its 98 degrees? In the burrow? My 36" deep burrows stay right around 80 all summer long, even when above ground temps are 100+ everyday. How is yours getting to 98 at 48" deep?
