Last night we had an egg finally pip after 121 days!

I candle the eggs ever other day, or every few days and it was really cool to watch what was happening inside. These are leopard babcocki's and I have them ready to go in a Tom like set up that is going to be nearly swampy and warm. What a great end to a tortoise filled week!

Really neat! I've watched chicken, duck and guinea hen eggs hatch, but never tortoise. So cool. :)

Thanks everyone.
Yes, this is the first of the first. I've raised box turtles but I never incubated the eggs, so this whole process has been new and exciting.
