I have had her for 4 years and she is about 12 inches long.

That looks like a red footed tortoise with all yellow markings . Columbian maybe ?? The shell shape is of a red foot . Could tell better with a face shot . The scutes on the nose/ head are different . Are you 100 % thats a yellow foot ?
