Best way to provide cover?

I'm wondering what's the best way to provide cover in a vivarium. Fake plants are nice, but many people say that the tort might try and eat them. Any thoughts?

I'm wondering what's the best way to provide cover in a vivarium. Fake plants are nice, but many people say that the tort might try and eat them. Any thoughts?

Many people use half logs or even tubs turned upside down with "doorways" cut into the sides and/or ends. If the tortoise is small enough, you can buy "hide boxes" meant for snakes and use them.
