Figured that as I have been picking your brains for the last few weeks I should have the decency to say hello.

We live in (too) sunny Florida - we have four kids and four tortoises. The original tortoise (Pheidippides) is here :-

Last week we acquired two rescues: Cassandra & Callista -

We are tortoise newbies (9 months and counting) - but we hope we are learning fast.
The other slightly interesting fact is that we have a tradition in our family of building stories around our pets. So Pheidippides and Andromeda have a dozen 'childrens mystery' stories written around them:
