So I worked on my tortoise table for the last few days pretty extensively!
For a while I was forced to be patient and wait for the paint to set up, but the holidays helped distract me.

I'm still working on the waterfall. Artemis seems to love it

Artemis didn't seem too put off by my choice in decorations for her jungle...in fact she immediately walked over and tried to taste the jaguar skulls front teeth.

Beautiful tort and home! How are you maintaining her humidity?? Do you have a fogger or humidifier.. The enclosure needs to be covered atleast 50%

That mini greenhouse is pretty cool.
I maintain the humidity pretty easily by just misting every morning when I have my cup of coffee.

What are the exact measurements of that greenhouse you got? That one looks alot larger than some little bitty ones I have seen before....

Its 6x3..and keeps the temps and humidity up...its much cheaper than a sheet of plexiglass...

I was kind of hoping installing that waterfall system was going to help stabilize moisture and humidity levels.
Mabey I should have ordered a plastic greenhouse instead...
Today I'm going to get a new digital hygrometer, temp gun.

It looks really nice, I bet she will enjoy destroying all of your careful decorating. I will echo what the others said about needing a top to keep in the warm moist air. If you want to keep it really simple @Yvonne G has some photos posted here and there of clear plastic (maybe a cheap shower curtain) stretched over a frame of pvc plastic with the lights suspended inside.
