Any advice (red mark on plastron)

Hi, I have noticed this red mark on my tortoise and was wondering if anybody has any advice regarding it? Is this normal or do I need to take him to the vets. She is still eating and full of energy so does not appear to be ill but concerned it maybe an underlying issue. Thanks

To me, it looks normal, also considering that she does not have signs of any illness, but let's wait to see what the experts say!

Its normal, new shell growth is very transparent, the pinkish stuff is just the blood vessels supplying the growing bone underneath the shell.
