Age guess?

This is dimitri, he is a male russian tortoise. We are not sure how old he is, does anyone have a guess? I included several pictures below:

I Would Say About5 years old but please Don't place Tortoises on carpeting they test Taste test everything but unlike cats they can't cough up the fur balls and don't digest them either !

I would say maybe 8 to 15 years old. He looks sexually mature by the size of the tail.
