Franklin was our 56th rescues this year so far. He was one of the healthiest, prettiest sulcatas I've seen even in the hobby world and outside of the rescue world. Very cool tortoise. We transferred him to the biology department of a University of Texas A&M Commerce. He will be living on 3 acres to himself with a winter hide out.

Here he is. The previous owners did a fantastic job raising him from a hatchling 10 years ago.

That's a good looking tortoise.
I know right. Usually were covered with. MBD, pyramided and malnourished ones. Lately we have had some lovely ones. About a month ago we got another male in like this one. Smooth, healthy and looked great. It feels awesome knowing there's great keepers out there that are exposed to forums, or bad advice, and they come out great.
