I figure, since I'm back, I should probably update with a few new pictures of Emrys.

Ya know...I've heard of the silver spoon thing, but I've never yet heard of a tortoise pooping out silver beads!

I couldn't bear to be without him, so I turned him into a keychain.

People commented on the beads in the first picture, so a year on I did everything I could to move them out of the frame. Obviously there was no way my efforts were going to work.

I need to learn how to use Photoshop.

Got engaged about eight months before I left.

The wedding's in eight months, now.

Awh he has changed colour and everything!
Mine have stayed the same colour in 3 years
He looks great well done!

Thanks! He was kept on sand before I got him, so I think a lot of the change in colour is staining from the soil, but he's definitely changed a lot!

I don't notice it when I'm with him every day, I forget how small he seemed when I first saw him, but when I dig out that picture it always reminds me.
