Here is the latest Hypo Hatching at the Cove'.... and is almost PURE WHITE!

Holy Wow JD. Thats the one we only got a tiny egg tooth view hole pic of? That is wild. Do hypos usually come out white like that? Might be a keeper to see how it grows up at.

yup that was the piper'......and honest Kelly, this is the first hypo in the world I have ever seen " WHITE" . They usually have a a gold- creamsicle coloring/ hue to carapace coloring . This lil' one does posses some very , very slight orange and just a tinge above her butt......but all in all ... UNBELIEVABLE ALMOST PURE WHITE!!!!
1 of a kind for sure !!:D

Pretty darn good this year ! ....:D = 10 total 2 different gene lines.

Were both still jumping off the ground .....with excitement . This is one unbelievable tortoise! This first of it's kind......:p


and of course' this incredible new one .....which makes it out to 11 total ( actually 12 ...one didnt make it during it's hatching out process) for the year... thus far ....;)

I know in this photo its hard to tell. But how many extra marginal scutes does this bugger have? I also like the vertebral scute that tried to split and wandered a little off. Id say you should keep this one, and see what it shows when IT produces in the future.
