How long before I should be concerned? I will stop feeding sugary fruits, I'm just worried that he ate bark or a rock or something and it's blocking his dietary track. How can I know that's the problem? He seems active.

Hi a long time ago when I got my Russian and they sold me a red light for night time only but I don't see anyone else using it so I want to know is it required because I want the tortoise in my room but the light is to bright at night time here is a picture
