i have my lop eared rabbits spare run. Metal crate, no base, 116, 76, 75cm will this be ok for two hermanns next year on sunny days. they are currently only 2" approx.

the bulb i have is a 100w Sun Glo basking spot lamp with uva. is this ok or do i need seperate lights for heat and uva? the brand is exo terra.

is it safe to mark your tortoise with a small amount of nail polish to make telling them apart easier and more accurate for weighing ect.

what do you keep your hermanns on as ive heard of different things being used, such as soil and play sand, aspen wood shavings, bark, newspaper. the hermanns babys im getting are currently on newspaper at their breeders. thanks

i got my hermanns ferplast 100 cage for less than £40 when its over £80 in all the local petshops. also brought lamp and bulbs and accessorys from this site. www.zooplus.co.uk

Dont actualy have my two baby hermans yet but have paid a deposit for them and have brought a ferplast 100 indoor guinea pig cage and light/light clamp. have also brought reptile hide and two dishes for food/water. using top soil/play sand. will post a pic once i have it all set up. does...
