I'm debating buying a turtle online. Before I do so, I'd like to hear from others who have done so. What website did you use? Did the turtle/tort arrive healthy? Would you do it again?

A lot of people have lists of their turts and torts and they are listed for example 0.0.3 Gulf Coast Box Turtle. What do the numbers mean? I see them on lots of other reptile forums as well.
