i have this tiny little white bugs crawling all over my veggie garden some look like little flies how can i get rid of them with out harming the plants or my tortoise. The plants are not in my tortoise house but will be fed to my tortoise. thanks for the help.

I purchased a mesclune salad mix and was wondering if my sulcata could have some i tried lookin it up but couldn't identify all the greens i do have some swiss chard romain lettuce and some mizuna but can't identify the other one next to mizuna. also wat about chives and cilantro. Hope pic works
