    Tucker was poorly

Yeah, it's Rutland House Referrals in St Helens, Merseyside (UK). They have an exotics department. Because I've been back and forth for treatments and check ups with him, I've seen all 3 vets and many of the exotics nurses too... they are all really knowledgeable and experienced; some owning...

    Tucker was poorly

Hi All. I posted back in Feb about my horsefield, Tucker, who presented at first with symptoms of an eye infection. On 23rd Jan he stopped eating and couldn't open his eyes. After getting advice from people here, I addressed any husbandry issues and improved his environment (many thanks for that...

Thanks. Yeah before this he would run to me every morning when he heard me. I have a few different food spots. He definitely perked up during that soak, and his left eye opened after a clean🤞🤞 It'll be 3 weeks on Tues he has been like this so hoping I see some progress soon🤞 Aww Hi Layla what a...

    Eyes still closed despite changes

He is currently soaking in a baby carrot food bath and already seems more alert. I'll give his eyes a clean after this and see how he goes. What do you suggest humidity should be for an 18-24 month old? It was at 50-60 but someone said it should be higher for a baby/young so it's currently 70-78.

    Eyes still closed despite changes

I read somewhere they are sight feeders, so no sight means they won't eat. I really appreciate everyones feedback though it...

Thanks Tom. I won't waste my money then, may as well put it to one side towards the solarmeter 6.5 fund👏👏

    Poorly Russian; conjunctivitis

Are all the other solar meters not accurate? Solarmeter v expensive so was going to get a cheaper one meantime until I can afford that one but doesn't seem worth doing if they aren't accurate? I'd be lost without you lot. Have learned so much from you all in this past few days and instead of...

Ok so... substrate✔️ New basking bulb on its way✔️ I have a question about the lighting now. Currently have tube bulb (exo terra uvb) but there is no reflector - do we need one and could that also be affecting/hurting his eyes?
