Taking Duncan with us isn't entirely out of the question because I have a portable light fitting & a carrier but it's quite unlikely that I can take a substrate etc with me and my parents have a dog that I'd class as unsafe around reptiles.

His lighting is on timers and he's never flipped himself. My only concerns are food & water. I know they can go days without eating, but...

I boiled his rocks and stuff and put them back in and he had a bath while I was doing it. I hate upsetting him :/

I've just freaked out because there's bugs in Duncans enclosure.
He did have a couple fruit flies but we had an issue in general over summer here. I bought fly paper for those outside the enclosure.
But what is this bug? I can get great pica or vids so ignore background noise lol...

Just got home from work and the bulb has already broken :( not sure how long it was off for because it was working this morning. I put my old bulb back in & it works so definitely broken bulb. But this is a spot light so need to replace again ASAP.

This is 1/2 a portion for duncans size so I can serve with greens and get him to try it. (He doesn't eat out of this leaf bowl it was just a decent size and had edges to hold the water).
He's been to the vet and did have majority taken off but it was so bad that this still remains. Do you think its possible to wear this down naturally?
I really don't want to haul him back to the vet because he gets so stressed out but I'm also stressed out myself thinking of filing his beak 😭

Today was the first full day with Duncans incandescent flood bulb. He was at a nice 32c on the shell when I left for work. When I came home from work he was basking (he had moved during the day because he had eaten) and his shell was at 37c.

Get yourself some smart plugs, they're great. They have an app attached that you can make timers on.
Go to a hardware store for these or Amazon (if you're in the UK places like screwfix & B&Q will have them)

I'm not super concerned since it isn't complete diahorrea and his diet is getting better/expanding in variety every day but any tips are always useful.

Normally I find poops when I spot clean but they're always covered in substrate by the time I get to them so I never noticed it is so wet, or other times he will poop in the bath.

When I first got Duncan he had a diet of round lettuce and fruit only and I didn't see him poop or find poop anywhere for a week, even with soaking etc.
Now he seems to poop quite a lot! I'll admit his diet is quite grocery store heavy- lettuce (red & green), lambs lettuce, kale...
Your enclosure looks strange. Aside from the size, does your tort not have a water bowl? And do you have correct lighting? They won't eat/benefit from eating without hydration, UVB and suitable overall/basking temps.
I don't know about leopards but please check if he can eat vegetables before...
