Is it normal for a few tiny tiny transparent bugs to be crawling in substrate? Have only seen a few. Have coco coir and cypress mulch mixed together. Do i need to change substrate?

My Hermann is usually pretty active- pushing things around enclosure. But today we started with her soak, then she ate. And she’s been sleeping under basking bulb since plus or minus her moving and adjusting a bit. Should i be concerned? Basking temp 95F. Humidity is a bit higher than normal 68%.

Is it normal for tortoise to sleep in various different locations? I have 3 different hides for her and she favored one at first but she seems to want to sleep out in open tonight, not even burrowing down like she normally does. Should i be worried?
