Hi Angellica:

That's a really nice tort table. I'm glad you weren't able to find hay. You don't want hay in the humid hide because it molds easily.

Since you have a nice, secure hiding place at the end of the habitat, why don't you turn the cave around sideways, pushed up against the wall, and make it a tunnel instead of a cave. It would give you a bit more floor space, and they like to walk through tunnels.

Thank you! We put a lot of work into it! But yes, its 5' long x 2' Wide x 10" Deep. The whole thing stands 4'. The Walls and base and stand are all treated hardwood. There is a Plexiglass sheet all along the bottom, with a silicon seal.

I'm glad you said that, it didn't even come to mind! But I can't put the other hid in front of the door way, because Chomper thinks he's half monkey and will climb anything that touches the corner! Once I get some plants going I'll prob take that hide out. But Thank you :D

No, I didn't mean in front of the other hide's doorway. I meant right there where it is, only turned sideways up against the wall.

Great enclosure!! I took Yvonne's advice and made my "cave" into a tunnel that leads to the humid hide:)
