What brand of thermostat do you use?
What wattage CHE should I go for on a 4x8 enclosure or are multiple smaller ones better?

Yes! I meant to post but I have had quite the month, trying to get into a new apartment and crashing my car. I digress, she is doing wonderfully. Has actually started waking up in the morning to her food (won’t sleep in past ten), where before I was waking her up to a warm soak because if I didn’t she would not get out of bed for days if I let her. She is open to trying different types of food Which is awesome she’s a picky girl. I actually got her to eat some of her cuttlebone as well, soaked it in strawberry juice cos she didn’t care much for it. I see her walking around her cage every now and again which is much improvement and she is getting very comfortable around us. Letting me pet the top of her head which was pretty cool. I added some photos because she is just so pretty!
