My 12 year old redfoot usually poops quite regularly. If not everyday it’s everyother day. He has not had a bowel movement in 4 days now and it worries me. I also feel like he may be moving a little more slowly than normal. He is eating as per usual habits. I could just be over reacting...what do y’all think?

Try giving him a nice long warm soak in the bathtub for about 45-60min. That usually gets the pipes greased. It could be possible he has gone in the past 4 days too, you just didn't find it because he ate it!

I soaked him last night with no luck. Was hoping to find that he pooped overnight but his enclosure was clean this morning. In fact it didn’t seem that he moved around much at all, usually he messed the water and moved things all around. Let him walk around the bathroom as a got ready this morning, still nothing. Hoping after work he has gone...thank you

I've also heard feeding some Cucumber, Aloe, or Opuntia cactus helps to get them going

Watery foods and daily soaks help a ton your guy sounds a tad dehydrated which causes constipation. Increase soaks and watery foods until you get the motherload.
