They can. If you can put everything in a food processor it is more beneficial since the seeds have deworming properties. More often than not, the tortoises will bypass the beneficial seeds and just eat the mushy stuff
I really like Crane humidifiers, they are about $35, but you don't have to worry about the fan burning out on this brand.
