allright i have neosporin and it didn't write anything about being triple antibiotic ointment. well how do i put the ointment on her wounds? like just put it with my hands? and it says on it use use before 12/2012 so can i still use it is it still safe?

that happen to me to after adopting my russian tortoise for couple of time, i suggest by soaking her in a warm bath for 10-20 minutes and bring her out for sunshine. if it didn't work for days. maybe she have parasites inside her and need vet attention
ok i have a russian tort for about 2 months now and she still don't have uv light. but last month i put her outside for sunlight and now she can't because its cold. so is it okay for her without uv light for these month?
