Where do you live?

Redfoot hatchling about 5 mo. Currently in large black storage box, 17.5" X 26", 8" deep. He goes outside 30 min or more each day, but that won't happen in the winter. We live in the Austin, TX area, warm/hot and humid. I suppose I'm asking which brand is the best and most dependable.

What is the best UVB Fluorescent bulb and fixture? There are so many reviews it's confusing.
