Thanks Michael my little ones enclosure is set up in my husbands snake room. I never thought of that bring an issue but maybe moving him to our spare room would be better. The reason I set him up in there was because it is nice and warm in there.

Thank you for your help. I have already been soaking him every 2 days and still nothing happens. The temps very across his enclosure 94 is the hot spot and 80 being the coolest. I do have a hide on the warm end and he never uses it.

Temps are 94 on the warm side and 80 on the cool side. He spends all his time in his log on the cool side

I finally got my cherry head and I am so excited. He/she is a year old and very healthy :) I put sphagnum moss in her enclosure today to help with humidity and to snuggle in and she keeps eating it. Should I take it out? Nervous new tort mom :/
