For starters, soak him in warm water for 1/2hr or longer everyday. Make the depth of water to where the carapace and plastron meet.
How is the appetite?

We recently found her and I know the pyramid thing is not normal we're going to be taking her to a vet to see what all is wrong with her. I'm concerned for her!
Don't let the vet give any injections. No need for vitamin injections or any other types of medicines. The injections can have a reverse effect and can do more harm than good. The vet checking the stool for parasites and prescribing panacur for treatment is ok but not by injections. If there are parasites, what I do is add the liquid panacur to his food. My sully enjoys grated up squash. So I add the panacur to the squash.

Beautiful. I hope he/she isn't in pain though, That's a pretty severe case. Their spine runs along the middle of the shell and becomes deformed with the shell as it pyramids and causes the animal pain. A few things can cause pyramiding, (this site has great info) but its usually insufficient calcium along with little to no uvb lighting. They need both uva & ubv. The Uvb helps them digest and absorb the calcium. As far as I know pyramiding is not reversible but you can stop it from getting worse.
