White marks on carapace?

What are these white splotches on their carapaces?
My thumb is pointing at two of the many white spots.

@Sh3wulf had a thread on this with her leopard Benny. Look for that thread if you don't get much response here..
I think it's just pigment in new growth. Completely normal and will darken up eventually.

It's just the pattern in your tort you have a high white looking one that is actually pretty uncommon

I can't really see them in the photos. Sometimes I see what I think you are talking about on my sulcata. They all seem to disappear, like Heather said, and the growth then looks normal.

I don't see any splotches. I just see normal healthy ridges and growth lines.

The white spots/lines I'm seeing remind me of the white spots in some people fingernails. It's hard to get pictures. It's like areas or patches that are more opaque.

I see the "white" area you are referring to. All the leopards I've had or have seen, have had them. It's nothing, really

Yup, agree with the consensus, white spots aren't anything to be alarmed about. Benny gets them and they seem to fade to match the yellow white of his shell after time.

Your leopards are pretty If I see what you're seeing (the whites sots that aren't ion the scutes, but on the shell itself?) then it just looks like color!
