What type of Hermanns??

Thanks for the responses. They both have the same markings so I only posted a picture of the male. The other is a female.

Humidity is usually around 60%. Should it be higher?

60% humidity is good. A range of about 50-75% is suitable. Even slightly higher occasionally is fine as long as they have adequate air exchange too.

I think having that high of a humidity is fine. It also helps prevent pyramiding from my understanding.
