What plants can a Russian tortoise eat?

What can a Russian tortoise eat that is safe to put as plant decor/ snack in the aquarium of my pet tortoise?

Hit your yard or alley! Dandelions and plantain weed are sprouting up. Hibiscus are just sprouting in the colder areas. Clover is okay occasionally and zinnias are totally fine
