turtle sleeping, other climbs on top

one of my turtles would be sleeping and the other will try to climb on top the others shell.. Is it normal? should i stop it or let it be? cause the one sleeping borrowed himself in a warm spot and it looks like the other wants the spot or trying to squeeze in

Leave them to it. It's more common in other species, but not unusual. It does no harm

Mine also love to pigpile. As long as there is adequate heat (ie one isn't climbing on top to get closer to a light source bc he's chilly) and shelter I wouldn't worry about this. I see the wild sliders in my yard stack up all the time too. Silly creatures.
