Should i leave my tortoise in the garden even though theres toxic/potential toxic plants in it?

Hi there i have a nearly 2 year old Hermann tortoise and he was born in Jersey in a garden with not many plants but my garden is full of plants and bushes. Just wondering if i can leave him outside in the day (and if its warm night) without him trying to eat anything toxic?

Honestly. You are taking a big risk doing that. It would be best to make an area that is free of such toxic plants. Are you sure you have many toxic plants. Make a tortoise safe environment, why risk coming home to a dead tortoise?
