Let's hope not Sam. That's a tragedy I never want to hear from you. Get some cameras, and nice anti theft fencing up. Not only the yniphora but all the others you have too.
What I scare most are those that appear with name tags
, or NGO working for / with the animals - TRAFFIC , WWF ........ Can't keep track . Who knows how many are out there !! LOL

ah ok its a native Borneo fruit called "tarap"
Both tarap and jackfruit !!
They will go for the yellow one ( jack fruit ) first and down the skin too !!

I've been browsing this forum for years, but this is my first post.
I just wanted to say how amazing it is to read about your experience with these precious tortoises.
I don't condone the illegal pet trade, but I'm so glad these are in the hands of a keeper experienced enough to breed them successfully.
If you posted 100 photos a day I would never get bored of seeing them and reading about them.
I wish you every success with them, and look forward to many many more updates!

Thanks for the encouragement , that's what I need to keep going in this hobby .
Will try to post more if time permit , as year end will be extra busy - pairing , observing making sure some male don't get overboard and hurt the female !!
