Attached is the package ingredients for a flower mix I bought. I crossed off the ones that are okay based on the lists I already have. The other ones however I do not have a list saying whether they are good or toxic. Anyone know what's good?
I would not use it. The blue flax is certainly not for eating. The common names do not necessarily always mean the same thing, and they could be a similar species, or something completely different from the plant you think. Also, there is no guarantee that there are not other ( weed ) seeds in the mix. The best thing to do is buy seeds individually packaged from a seed-seller that includes Latin names, and states clearly that the seed is not coated or treated in any way.
