Is there anywhere to find Mazuri tortoise diet near Atlanta? Shipping on that stuff is so expensive!

Just locate a local distributor, you can find them on the Mazuri site. I am pretty sure one of your local feed stores carry it...and just have them order it for you. No shipping cost to you then.
