Little guy spent about two hours making a mound of substrate, then he dove right in. haha

It didn't even cross my mind. The funny thing is that the substrate is about 5 inches deep there. Don't know why he felt the need to build a mound to bury himself in.

Very cute! Mine is buried also right now and being a new tort mom I had to check on him to be sure he was ok . Love that yours was so detailed on getting it just right.
