How do I weigh my redfoot and how do I know she's at a healthy weight?

Hi everyone, I've had my tortoise for about 2 years. I'm not sure how old she is but I'm just trying to make sure she's at a healthy weight. I looked at the weighing section on tortoiselibrary.com but I was a little confused by it. Does anyone have any tips or can you put the tortoise library's directions in easier words? Thank you!

What were you confused about? The calculations? If you want, give me her length and weight and I can calculate the numbers for you. Know that the Donoghue formula is just a very general guideline and not something you should freak out about if your numbers don't match up perfectly. I do use the formula whenever I do their monthly weigh-ins and length measurements. But I'm mostly concerned with slow, steady growth.
