Good evening everyone, I'm not sure why it's taken me so long to join but I'm glad to finally jump into the community of online tortoise keepers. I have been keeping turtles and tortoises for many years and like most young kids, I started out with box turtles. I spent most of my 20's working for a landscape and garden center specializing in water gardens and natural ponds which I have transitioned into my love of turtle and tortoise keeping. I enjoy reading about plant care, creating natural habitats and general husbandry of the animals I keep and try my best to share what has and has not worked for me in the past. Currently Leopards, Stars and Eastern box are what I focus on but I also have a love for N Wood Turtles and Aldabras. I look forward to sharing knowledge and making friends.
