Who did you get it from? Pet stores give terrible advise. That is why you do your reasearch before.

Which I have done. And everywhere seems to contradict the info I've found before so I have had a rather confusing past year choosing my bread. She was from a breeder wouldn't go to a shop for that reason i think the conditions are testable But there you go I guess learn from experience.

Learn from this forum and you will get good advice, like getting rid if that substrate. Switch to coconut coir, cypress mulch or plain dirt. If you give us a run down of the enclosure, temps, humidity, lights your using for uv and how often you soak, we can help your correct the wrong, if there is any more. Also, be sure to have water available 24/7. She's a very nice looking tort, so the breeder didn't do too bad.

I assume you are not in the US? For some reason, you don't see that type of leopard so smooth at that size here very often.

Is that the 4 year old? And the breeder kept it in a dry sawdust habitat?

It looks pretty good for those conditions. Hardly any pyramiding.
